Q: What inspired your transition from finance to wellness?
My passion for fitness clashed with the demands of my finance job, leading to a pivotal moment when a car accident highlighted the toll of my relentless schedule. Despite the accident not being my fault, it made me realise that prioritising essential personal commitments shouldn’t be a luxury. This life-altering event prompted me to reassess my career path, ultimately steering me towards the world of wellness where I could align my values with my profession.
